Australian Orders
We offer a $15.00 flat shipping rate, Australia-wide on all orders. When you order from our website, we will ship your order within 24 hours (or the next business day).
International Orders
Outside of Australia? No problem, send us an email and we will send you a shipping quote.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your Bring it in Swim purchase.
If for any reason, your purchase is not quite right, you are welcome to return it to us within 21 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted.
We have the following options available: Full priced items: refund or store credit.
Final sale items: A store credit will be issued.
How do I return my order?
Just send us an email and we will send you all the information to return your item.
This will include a return authorisation number (ran) and the address to return to.
Sale Items
No refunds on final sale items. Final sale items can be returned for a credit note only. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are not considered final sale and can be returned as usual.
Exchanges
If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit via email and place a new order. Alternatively, we suggest that you purchase the size or style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item. You can then submit a return request for a full refund for your initial purchase. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we take no responsibility in tracking your return.
Brand New Condition
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
